Lloyd Dowson – Bridlington Office 

Medina House was opened in 1876 as Bridlington Hospital, with a major extension in 1926. The hospital closed in 1988 when the new district hospital opened on Bessingby Road. The building was opened by Lloyd Dowson, a Chartered Accountant in 1989.

Lloyd Dowson – Scarborough Office

34 Falsgrave Road, Scarborough was originally a tailor shop during the 1800s. More recently it was one of the HSBC Scarborough branches until its closure in 2012. Lloyd Dowson opened their second office in the building on Falsgrave Road Scarborough in July 2013.
